Refunds & cancellation
AFRO support is voluntary and provides no paid app benefit. Here is how to stop recurring support, ask for a refund, and understand what happens next.

One-off support
A one-off contribution is charged once. It creates no recurring payment and unlocks no app feature, content, status, or service.
Monthly & yearly
Recurring support renews automatically until cancelled. A scheduled cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current paid period.
Payment support
Email support@app-for-rocks.com for a refund request, unexpected charge, receipt question, or help cancelling.
How to cancel recurring support
- Open AFRO and go to Profile › Support.
- Open My contributions and choose Manage subscriptions.
- Use Stripe’s hosted Customer Portal to schedule the cancellation.
- Return to My contributions and refresh to confirm when the current period ends.
Cancelling normally stops the next renewal at the end of the period you have already paid for. It does not automatically refund the current or an earlier charge.
How to request a refund
Email support@app-for-rocks.com from the address linked to your AFRO account when possible. Include the payment date, amount, whether it was one-off or recurring, and a short explanation of what went wrong.
Do not send a full card number, bank details, password, or authentication code. We may ask for the limited Stripe receipt or payment reference needed to locate the transaction.
We review each request fairly, including duplicate payments, an incorrect amount or cadence, an unrecognised charge, and technical problems. The outcome depends on the circumstances and any rights that apply under law. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights or remedies.
After a refund is approved
Original payment method
Stripe returns approved refunds to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls how long it takes to appear.
Subscription stays separate
Refunding a recurring charge does not automatically cancel future renewal. Cancel the subscription separately if you want recurring support to stop.
History and notices
Once Stripe and AFRO have processed the event, the refund status appears under My contributions and AFRO may send a confirmation to your account email.
Unrecognised payments
Contact us promptly so we can investigate. You may also need to contact your bank or card issuer and secure your AFRO account.
