Snaked Edge

A short, single-sentence climbing note for Snake bite (7A) in the 8 Day Rain sector of Rocklands Valley, Rocklands.

Begin on the prominent rail, work up to it, then traverse left along the rail to top out via Wiggin' Out Left.

Climb out right from the start of Snake Oil after moving left.

The Snaked Edge direct follows the line up and to the right of the roof on the Snaked Edge boulder.

Crouched start beneath a small roof, using small holds along the lip. Pull onto the wall and climb the thin face above to reach the top. Two possible finishes: heading left involves a committing, exposed move, while heading right features slopey, balance-dependent moves.

Sit down on the lowest holds and work up to the right to a good edge. Pull around the lip and continue up the arête and face, finishing the line just left of the small roof.

Sit start on The Snaked Edge, then break right and continue up the separate line.
